The PGA Championships App
The PGA Championships App, for iOS and Android, is the official digital home of the 2024 KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. The app will provide a comprehensive Championship experience for all fans, whether they are at Harbor Shores or following the action around the world, and will be the primary way for fans to access and manage their Championship tickets.
App features include:

- Interactive onsite map, featuring navigation around Harbor Shores and real-time player location
- Real-time scoring, statistics and tee times for every player in the field
- Full Championship coverage, including articles and video highlights

The PGA Championships app, which is now available in the Apple and Google Play stores, is also the official app for the 2024 PGA Championship (May 13-19) and KPMG Women’s PGA Championship (June 20-23).

Items to Bring From Home
Here are a few items we recommend you bring from home to enhance your Championship experience:
- Personal sunscreen
- One (1) unopened bottle of water
- Jacket and/or layered outerwear piece
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Portable phone charger
- Nursing mothers may bring necessary equipment on-site. Storage and refrigeration are available at the Main First Aid Station.
The following items are also permitted on-site:
- Small bags
- Diaper bags and strollers
- Umbrellas
- Cameras are allowed Monday - Wednesday ONLY. No cameras are allowed during Championship rounds (Thursday - Sunday)
Inclement Weather
Please observe the Leader Boards and Video Board for the Weather Warning signs which will appear when inclement weather is approaching the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship site. When the signs appear, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR to play being suspended. If the sirens sound, seek shelter immediately.
In the event of inclement weather, please remember to avoid the following:

- Open Fields
- Golf Carts
- Hilltops and High Places
- Bodies of Water
- Tall and/or Isolated Trees
Grandstands
Grandstands will be located at the 1st Tee, 16 Green, and 18 Green. All public grandstand seating is first-come, first-serve.
First Aid Stations
First-aid stations staffed by Corewell Health Lakeland will be located at Hole 4, Hole 9, Hole 11, Holes 16/17, and the main medical station will be between Hole 1 Tee and Hole 18. The main medical station is also available for nursing mothers and will provide storage and refrigeration. Nursing mothers are permitted to bring necessary equipment on-site.

The KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship is a fully accessible event, and we are dedicated to continually improving our efforts to ensure that everyone has access to all Championship amenities. Please revisit this page closer to the Championship to learn more about the services provided this year.
Complimentary Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available at a number of locations throughout the Championship grounds. Keep an eye out for Wi-Fi signs during your visit and make sure to download the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship On-Site Guide and App!

The following methods of payment are accepted onsite at the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship, identified by location. All on-site transactions will be cashless. No cash or checks will be accepted.

Accommodations & the Surrounding Area
Benton Harbor is a special place on Lake Michigan. With an engaging arts community, local unique shops, and of course the beach, there is something for everyone. Southwest Michigan has a growing craft beer, wine, cider, and spirits industry with each establishment offering their own specialties and personality. Transportation & Parking
PGA Public Parking
Off-site PGA Public Parking will be complimentary and located off of Whitwam Rd. at the intersection of Whitwam and Upton Dr. (275 Upton Dr, Benton Harbor, MI 49022). As you turn onto Whitwam Dr please follow signs for PGA Parking. Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Harbor Shores. There will be no public parking at Harbor Shores during Championship Week.
PGA Parking will be open Thursday, May 23 - Sunday, May 26, 2024.
There will be no overnight parking in any PGA Public Parking Lots, and any vehicles left overnight will be towed at the owner’s expense. PGA Tournament Corporation is not responsible for damage to your vehicle, or items lost or stolen from your vehicle.
Volunteer Parking (Lot A2)
Official Championship Volunteers with a valid parking pass may park in Lot A2 located on Graham Avenue. As you approach the lot, please follow signage and traffic control to Lot A2. If overflow to PGA Pubic Parking, complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from the Main Spectator Entrance at Harbor Shores. There will be no public parking at Harbor Shores during Championship Week.

Accessible Parking
Designated accessible parking for those requiring lift-equipped transportation to the course will be available at PGA Public Parking which is located at 275 Upton Dr, St Joseph, MI 49085. The front rows of PGA Public Parking will be reserved for spectators not requiring lift-equipped transportation but who have physically challenged hang tags for their vehicles. Wheelchairs will not be available for rent, but spectators may bring wheelchairs with them to the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship.

Alfred S. Bourne Trophy Presentation
The Alfred S. Bourne Trophy Presentation Ceremony will take place on the 18th Green immediately following the end of play on Sunday, May 26. In the event of a tie for first place after 72 holes, there will be a hole by hole (sudden death) play-off on Holes 18, and if still tied, holes 16, 17, and 18 repeated. The Alfred S. Bourne Presentation Ceremony will occur immediately following the play-off.

Be sure to visit the Pure Michigan Championship Courtyard located next to the KitchenAid Fairway Club which is left of Hole 14 to see all the activities planned throughout Championship Week. Take a break from the action to catch celebrity chef demonstrations in the Fairway Club or grab something to eat and relax. You won’t miss any action as there is a large video board to keep you updated on all the action around the course.

Kids Zone
To continue the PGA of America’s mission to grow the game of golf, the Championship offers the Kids Zone located in Jean Klock Park (Trolley Stop #6). This area is a place for kids to enjoy age-appropriate activities including hitting bays, bounce house, craft stations, and more for younger kids. The Curious Kids Museum STEM tent will feature science-related activities for older kids.
Kids Day (Saturday) starts at 9:00 am in the Fairway Club and features a line-up of activities including a magician performing at 12:00 pm in Jean Klock Park. Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times in this area.
KIDS DAY RETURNS
On Championship Saturday, KitchenAid and the PGA of America will cater to kids and families with the return of Kids Day beginning at the KitchenAid Fairway Club. Kid’s Day activities will include photo opportunities with the Alfred S. Bourne trophy, a smoothie race led by KitchenAid Chef Chris Covelli, and a full afternoon of programming at the Kids Zone including a magician, supported by staff from the YMCA of Greater Michiana, Curious Kids Museum, and The Renaissance Athletic Club. Sunday we have a special guest, Zeke the Wonder Dog, will be in the Kids Zone at noon.

This year, the KitchenAid Fairway Club has moved to the North Pier Brewing Company parking lot along the 14th hole. This area is the epicenter of the fan experience at the Championship. In the Fairway Club, fans will enjoy interactive cooking displays and product demonstrations, smoothie and shave ice making, espresso tastings and captivating demonstrations by renowned chefs and home kitchen designers. KitchenAid promises an unparalleled fusion of cooking, kitchen design and golf for fans of all ages.

Be on the lookout for the KitchenAid Stand Mixer scanning stations at key locations throughout the Championship for a chance to “Scan & Win” the KitchenAid Color of the Year Stand Mixer - Blue Salt. IS IT REAL OR CAKE?
On Saturday, May 25 at 12:00 p.m., Chicago's Alliance Bakery will challenge fans to decide, is it real or is it cake? The bakery’s head pastry chef, Peter Rios, will be on site with a cake version of the KitchenAid Stand Mixer, along with real Stand Mixers. The question fans must answer is, which one is cake? Come by the KitchenAid Fairway Club at noon on Saturday to make your guess. Watch Peter cut into the selected Stand Mixer to reveal if it’s cake!
FREE COMMUNITY CONCERT
To celebrate the Championship kick-off, on Wednesday, May 22, Southwest Michigan residents and visitors will be treated to a spectacular musical evening. The community concert will take place at 6:30 p.m. at Dwight P. Mitchell City Center Park and will feature R&B legend Jeffrey Osborne, alongside sensational jazz artists Gerald Albright and Kim Scott. The concert, sponsored by the KitchenAid Senior PGA, is free to the public. No tickets required. Local food trucks will be on-site with fan-favorite cuisine available for purchase. All golf fans, music lovers and community members are invited and encouraged to attend. Bring your own chair or blanket!
DEMONSTRATIONS: CHEFS, BARISTAS, DESIGNERS AND MORE
This year’s star-studded lineup at the KitchenAid Fairway Club is being led by renowned Chef Christopher Covelli and his protegé Chef Brett Wagner. Both chefs are appearing all week to wow guests with their incredible cooking skills and culinary advice. On Thursday, dynamic Chef Alex Guarnaschelli will showcase her cooking skills and sign copies of her cookbook. On Friday, famed Chef Carla Hall will take the stage to share her philosophy of ‘always cooking with love’ and to sign copies of her latest cookbook. On Saturday, Jasmine Roth, curator of the online retail store The Shop by Jasmine Roth and host of HGTV’s hit shows “Hidden Potential” and “HELP! I Wrecked My House” will share tips and answer questions about finding ways to make homes as personal, functional and beautiful as possible.
Throughout the week, the KitchenAid Fairway Club is hosting more local talent than ever before, including talented chefs, baristas and experts from across Michigan who will showcase their secrets.

- 11 a.m. - Brian Maynard, the visionary owner of Forté Coffee, will bring his knowledge and love of all things coffee to his exciting espresso demonstration, sharing his secrets for brewing the perfect cup.

- 2:30 p.m. - Elton Mann, Executive Chef at Plank’s Tavern, the restaurant for the Inn at Harbor Shores

- 11 a.m. - Chef Nate Brown's rise from cooking demonstrations to hosting his own TV show underscored his passion for flavorful cuisine and culinary excellence.
- 1 p.m. - Celebrity Chef Demonstration from Chef Carla Hall
- 2:30 p.m. - Chef Justin Paruszkiewicz, a recent winner of “Guy’s Grocery Games,” brings a wealth of experience to his demonstration. Justin's current role is Executive Chef at Sister Lakes Brewing Company and owner of The Chef’s House private dining service.

- 1 p.m. - Celebrity Design Demonstration by Jasmine Roth
- 2:30 p.m. - Cheyenne Galbraith, the creative force behind Houndstooth, is not simply a chef; she is a culinary storyteller. Known for transforming familiar ingredients into culinary adventures, she marries influences from her childhood to her extensive travels.
- 3:30 p.m. - Cheese lovers won’t want to miss the demonstration from Deb Sailor, fondly known as “The Cheese Lady.” She swiftly became the beloved cheese vendor in The Market in Saint Joseph, sharing her passion for cheese that transports people to cherished moments and places.
Sunday, May 26
- 11 a.m. - Closing out the weekend, Chef Abra Berens, the founder and head chef of Granor Farm, will bring her passion for seasonal and locally sourced ingredients to the KitchenAid Fairway Club.
Admissions Policies
Admission Policy
Tickets and/or credentials, in the form provided by the Professional Golfers’ Association of America (“PGA”) or its subsidiary PGA Tournament Corporation, Inc. (“PTC”) will be required for admission into the Championship. All admission tickets issued by PGA or PTC granting access to the Championship are licenses that may be revoked by the PGA or PTC in their sole discretion for any reason or no reason at all. Please retain your ticket or credential at all times as security personnel will not allow admission into the event for individuals without appropriate credentials. Please do not tamper or interfere with the bar code presented on the ticket or credential. PGA/PTC is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets and/or credentials.
Refund Policy
Unless otherwise determined by PGA Tournament Corporation or The PGA of America, in their sole discretion, there shall be no refunds, rainchecks, exchanges or replacements of tickets except as provided for in the following Event Cancellation / Weather Policy outlined in the full Championship ticket terms and conditions. Junior Admission Policy
As part of the Championship’s mission to grow interest and participation in the game of golf, juniors 15 years of age and younger will be admitted into the Championship grounds for free when accompanied by a ticketed adult. Each ticketed adult will be permitted up to four junior grounds admissions per day at no additional charge. Junior tickets may be picked up on-site at the Ticket Office located at the Main Spectator Entrance on the day of admission.
Junior tickets cannot be obtained in advance and will be available regardless of a sell-out. Please note, junior tickets do not gain access into private hospitality areas or clubs.
Children under the age of 2 do not require an admission ticket to enter the Championship.
Military Admission Policy
To honor the men and women who serve our country in the Armed Forces, the Championship is pleased to offer Active Duty, Retirees*, Reserve, Veterans, National Guard and their accompanying guest (limit one) complimentary daily grounds access to the Championship, subject to availability.
Show your Military ID at the box office and day-of tickets will be provided. Please note the Military ticket will not sell out.
*Career-retired with twenty years of qualifying military service and Department of Defense ID.
Photo & Autograph Policy
Cameras are not permitted on-site during Championship Rounds, Thursday through Sunday. Please consult the Mobile Device Policy for guidelines regarding mobile device photo, audio, and video capturing while on-site.
A designated Autograph Zone, located on the Practice Range, is available for autograph opportunities. We cannot guarantee players availability in this zone during the Championship.
Mobile Device Policy
Mobile devices must be kept in Golf Mode Setting at all times at the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship:
- Set your device to silent or vibrate, including but not limited to, ringer, notifications, and alerts.
- Camera flash turned off.
- Incoming and outgoing calls may only be made or received farther than 100 yards away from competition.
- Text, email, social posting and other data use is allowed on the golf course at any location providing players are not in position and about to play their shots.
- Mobile device photography, as well as audio and video capturing, is allowed in all areas during Practice Rounds (Wednesday).
- During Championship Rounds (Thursday-Sunday), photography, audio and video recording is prohibited anywhere within 100 yards of competition or when requested by players, caddies, marshals, volunteers, security or Championship staff and officials.
Alcohol Policy
All guests at the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship are asked to drink responsibly and be respectful of players and other members of the gallery. All spectators will be asked to show identification before being allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages on-site. The following documents are acceptable forms of identification at the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship:
- Current, valid United States or Canadian Driver’s License
- Current, valid Military ID w/photo
- Current, valid United States or Canadian ID card w/photo
- Current, valid Passport
- Current, valid Mexican Consular ID card
- Current, valid U.S. or Canadian Passport Card w/photo
Temporary identification papers are not acceptable. There is a 2 alcoholic beverage limit, per person, per identification. Alcohol service will be discontinued at the discretion of management. All guests must be 21 years of age to purchase an alcoholic beverage.
Smoking Policy
Smoking, including, but not limited to, cigars, pipes, cigarettes, and e-cigarettes will be prohibited in any permanent or temporary buildings, inclusive of hospitality areas, on patios, decks, or raised platforms, grandstands and bleachers at the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship. Smoking is permitted on the grounds, 20 feet from any structures listed above.
Conduct Customs and Etiquette
Attendees are requested to display traditional customs of etiquette, decorum, and behavior, and to obey all Championship policies including, but not limited to, those provided on each ticket, all posted signs, and any instructions of Championship Marshals and Officials. Inappropriate behaviors and/or failure to comply with standards/policies may lead to ejection from the Championship and/or cancellation of admission tickets, without refund.
Although cheering and positive gallery responses to great play are encouraged, unsolicited and consistent calls from the gallery toward players and others are prohibited.
- For the safety of everyone and in keeping with policy established at major sporting events, running is considered to be unacceptable behavior.
- Please stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with instructions given by Championship Marshals.
- Please kneel or sit if you are in the front row and remain still throughout each shot.
- Anyone acting in a manner that is deemed to be abusive, derogatory, rude, or aggressive may be subject to removal from the Championship premises and may be prohibited from returning to the KitchenAid Senior PGA Championship or attending any future PGA of America event.
