The PGA of America announced that tickets for the 85th Senior PGA Championship went on sale Thursday, September 19, 2024. The event, scheduled for May 22-25, 2025 at Congressional Country Club in Bethesda, Maryland, will feature the world’s top senior golfers including defending champion Richard Bland and will offer a weekend of family-friendly activities and competitive play on the grounds of one of the most prestigious courses in the U.S.

Tickets for the 2025 Senior PGA Championship start at $49, with Any Day Flex tickets starting at $59. Junior General Admission provides complimentary grounds access for ages 15 and under when accompanied by a ticketed adult. A maximum of four free junior grounds tickets per adult can be collected on-site.
Military General Admission offers free grounds access for active duty, retirees (career-retired with 20 years of qualifying military service and Dept. of Defense ID), reserve, veterans, and National Guard, along with one guest for each day of the championship.
Corporate hospitality and volunteer opportunities are also available.
The 2025 Senior PGA Championship will be held in Maryland for the first time and in the Washington, DC region for the second time. The 2017 Senior PGA Championship took place at Trump National in Potomac Falls, Virginia, where Bernhard Langer secured his ninth senior major title with a one-stroke victory over Vijay Singh.
Congressional Country Club, founded in 1924, has hosted many major Championships, including three U.S. Opens, the 1976 PGA Championship and the 2022 KPMG Women's PGA Championship. With the addition of the 2025 Senior PGA Championship, Congressional will become only the fourth course to host all four traveling Men’s Majors: the U.S. Open, the U.S. Senior Open, the PGA Championship, and the Senior PGA Championship. Additionally, Congressional is scheduled to host the 2027 KPMG Women's PGA Championship, 2030 PGA Championship and the 2037 Ryder Cup, and is slated to host the Senior PGA Championship again in 2033.
Established in 1937, the Senior PGA Championship is the oldest of the five major championships in men’s senior golf. The Championship features 156 of the top professional golfers who are 50 or older competing for the title of Senior PGA Champion. Past winners include Jack Nicklaus, Gary Player, Tom Watson, Bernhard Langer, Steve Stricker and Colin Montgomerie.
